Corporate Training & Development
We have been in the training business for a long time and we know the value of tailored training. When we engage with customers our first step is assessment. In performing our assessment, we discover how the client wants to use the application or system, the level and competence of the personnel to be trained, the current roles of the training participants and how the training fits within departmental and/or organization goals. We also take time to understand any customizations or company specific policies and procedures that relate to the training topic. After assessment, we determine the best format (workshops, lectures, classes, webinar) and venue (on-site or off-site) for the training and build training packages and materials tailored to the client’s specific needs. We provide a variety of training materials including e-manuals and videos.
