Freebird Technologies (Freebird Tech) was formed in January 2012 by Paulette Hamilton the company’s chief executive. The company was formed out of an idea that a company focused on helping organizations attain best-in-class project or product delivery could immediately demonstrate excellent value. Our immediate goal was to use self-developed, proven methodologies to perform assessment of an organization’s capabilities and implement a plan of action to build the organization’s innate ability to actually realize the promised benefits of a project or product within the estimated time frames and costs. A key aspect of building best-in-class is training and development, but to become best-in-class, the training must be customized to address the specific lacks and weaknesses of the organization and the individual.
